This supercharger oil is used to lubricate the supercharger bearings and help keep them operating properly. Each 8oz bottle holds TWICE as much as other vendor's eliminating the need to purchase two bottles to properly fill the snout. The bottle is see through for easy level detection and the angled flip top cap allows for easy filling. This supercharger oil is chemically EXACT to the GM Supercharger oil and in fact we get it from the same vendor that GM uses.

The coupler is the part that mates the supercharger rotors to the belt driven snout. Over time the stock coupler wears out and the holes become oblong. This causes a rattle noise at idle. Neither GM nor Eaton offers replacement couplers instead they want you to have the supercharger rebuilt at a substantial cost.

INTENSE™ supercharger couplers are made out of an oil impregnated nylon material called nyloil that is higher strength than the stock coupler material and has better thermal properties allowing it to maintain its strength even when used in superchargers spinning at high RPMs.

Our pulleys are made from cold-drawn aluminum and cut to ANSI rib profile specifications, unlike most other systems on the market. This means that the belt will actually fit the pulley properly which equals significantly less belt slippage and wear and MORE BOOST! Then they are followed up with a clear anodize for corrosion-free protection and the INTENSE brand name and pulley diameter are etched on to each pulley for a classy finish. These are compatible with both six and eight rib belts. Use the rear six ribs if you're running an OEM-style six rib belt..

These Polyurethane inserts replace the stock rubber bushings found in the front and rear transaxle mounts on the Cobalt SS and ION Redline. Made of extremely high quality material our polyurethane inserts will eliminate your wheel hop issues while maintaining a nice firm and comfortable ride. Use these in conjunction with the INTENSE Polyurethane control arm bushings to get the most out of your launches.

What is Polyurethane?
Polyurethane is a term used to describe a wide ranging family of elastomers (any compound exhibiting the characteristics of natural rubber; stretchy and elastic.). Poly meaning "many" and "urethane" the classification of the chemical structure. Polyurethane or urethane for short, is used as a solid cast material (bushings). Polyurethane can be as soft as a rubber band or as hard as plastic.

Is there a benefit over rubber?
Many advantages can be found over rubber. Depending on the formulation, urethane has a higher load-bearing capacity, greater tear strength, better compression set, greater abrasion resistance, tolerant to greases, oils and ozone and allows for more unique designs.

The stock GM ctrl arm bushings use flabby rubber, with air pockets, where installation must be "keyed" in the proper direction. These poly control arm bushings remove this easily mistaken "keyed" approach while virtually eliminating wheel hop. This allows you to launch much harder. These use 6061 aluminum outer body casings and a nickel-plated steel inner-collar for added strength.
