The INTENSE™ LSJ Modular Pulley System hub is cut from 15-5PH stainless steel; this choice in material achieves a superior finish. The hub is machined in two lathe operations, one end after the other, producing a fine finish on all surfaces. The hub bores are honed to finish size within .0003", then washed and packaged. Our pulleys are made from cold-drawn aluminum and cut to ANSI rib profile specifications, unlike most other systems on the market. This means that the belt will actually fit the pulley properly which equals significantly less belt slippage and wear and MORE BOOST! Then they are followed up with a clear anodize for corrosion-free protection and the INTENSE brand name and pulley diameter are etched on to each pulley for a classy finish. These are compatible with both six and eight rib belts. Use the rear six ribs if you're running an OEM-style six rib belt.

After removing your stock supercharger pulley the INTENSE™ Modular Pulley System stainless steel hub presses on using any LSJ approved pulley tool. Once installed, the hub allows quick changing of pulleys with the included allen wrench. The INTENSE™ Modular Pulley System allows you to change pulleys sizes in just a few minutes to suit your performance needs. Use one pulley for street use and a smaller pulley for the track or when running high octane fuel.

The INTENSE™ Modular Pulley System includes:

• 1 stainless steel press-on supercharger pulley hub
• 1 aluminum pulley of your choice
• 5 stainless steel bolts
• 1 GM barbed retainer
• 1 allen wrench

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- Stock pulley size for the M62 on the Ecotec LSJ 2.0L is 85mm (~3.346").

- Each .10" drop in pulley size equates to about 1 pound of boost.

* no modifications are necessary for the 3.30" supercharger pulley size

** we recommend colder spark plugs be used in conjunction with the 3.20" and 3.10" supercharger pulley sizes

*** we recommend colder spark plugs and 42.5 lbs/hr fuel injectors be used with the 3.00", 2.90" and 2.80" supercharger pulley sizes and stock 6500 rpm limiters.

**** we recommend colder spark plugs, 60 lbs/hr fuel injectors and custom supercharger snout machining with the 2.80", 2.70", 2.60" and 2.50" supercharger pulley sizes and 7000 rpm limiters.
